Gary Barber has been a resident of Delhi, New York, since 1971. Gary Barber attended the State University of New York at Delhi and studied Electrical Construction and Maintenance. He apprenticed for a while with a local electrician and plumber to learn the trades. G. Barber Plumbing & Electric LLC has been in business since 1980.

Joining Gary in the business and offering the same fast, friendly service are Chase Barber, Gary's son, and Justin Panny, both former students of SUNY Delhi.
